How To Apply

Apprenticeship Application 

Applications are excepted year-round. To qualify for an interview, each applicant must submit a complete application to the Training Office. 

Complete applications will include:

• Application for apprenticeship

• A copy of your high school diploma, GED Certificate, or high school equivalency

• Copy of valid driver's license 

Items strongly recommended, although not required, to include in your application:

• Job Corps Certificate of Completion

• Industry related certificates - e.g. OSHA, First Aid/CPR, Forklift

• Transcripts from any trade or technical schools

1.  Obtaining an application at the IUOE Local 800 Training Office
